So I went to San Diego. The sun shone. The birds chirped. The waves crashed. The animals in the zoo frolicked. And Keith and I ate well, walked around, saw the sights and just enjoyed being with each other and not worrying about a thing for almost three days. It was great. It almost didn't happen. We missed our flight Thursday because he was late, then we ran into navigational problems and rush hour. Oh, and the security line was about 1/4 mile long. I'm not really exaggerating. But I'm glad it worked out because a weekend away was really what we needed. I'll post some pictures when I feel motivated to find the USB cable.
