This just replaced a homemade Garfield tapestry as the greatest ebay item ever.
It's been awhile since I laughed this hard. eBay is seriously the greatest Web site ever.
Well, it's been exciting here the last couple days. Keith and I bought a condo on Saturday. We need to have attorney approval and an inspection, as well as draw up the mortgage, to make it official, but none of these things are really going to be a problem.
We bought a three-bedroom, one-bath place in the neighborhood we live in now. It's got a deck and a really nice formal dining room. It also comes with a dishwasher and a washer and dryer in the unit. It doesn't include parking or central air, but since I've lived without those things for a few years, it's not such a big deal.
We're very, very excited and almost sort of shocked that it's happening.
It's nice when your dreams come true. Hopefully we won't find any haunted dolls in the basement.
